Campaign: Elevate with HK Virtual Solutions
A Social Media Campaign Showcasing Professional VA Services
This campaign was created to showcase the capabilities of HK Virtual Solutions, my personal brand, and promote the range of Virtual Assistant services I offer. Designed around a strategic 3-phase funnel—Awareness, Consideration, and Decision—the goal is to introduce potential clients to the value of VA support while highlighting the credibility and training behind the services I provide, particularly through the DICT SPARK VA Training Program.
Promote the Virtual Assistant services offered by HK Virtual Solutions, while increasing awareness of my background as a DICT SPARK VA Training Program scholar. The campaign follows a 3-phase funnel: Awareness, Consideration, and Decision.
Awareness Phase: "Who I Am"
Introduce HK Virtual Solutions as a professional, DICT-trained Virtual Assistant. Focus on brand visibility and trust.
This phase focuses on building initial recognition of the HK Virtual Solutions brand. I aim to inform my audience that a reliable and trained VA—me!—is available to support business tasks. Through visual storytelling and introductory messaging, I lay the foundation for future engagement.
Consideration Phase: "Why It Matters"
Educate followers about how a VA can support their business, save time, and boost productivity.
This phase moves beyond awareness into educating my audience about the tangible benefits of hiring a virtual assistant. I use content that answers common questions, breaks down misconceptions, and clearly communicates how I can be an asset to any growing business.
Decision Phase: "Let’s Work Together"
Drive conversions by showcasing my packages, pricing, client testimonials, and booking options.
This final phase focuses on encouraging action—whether that’s reaching out, booking a consultation, or subscribing to a package. I reinforce trust by including social proof and emphasize flexibility in my rates and service options.
